Magestic penthouse in exclusive Fase 1 Playacar. This is the top condo, by stairs, in Castillo 2. Reserve more or all for larger parties up to 50. Prime location situated at the entrance of Fase 1, you are walking distance to everything. The beach is just 150 meters away, 5th Ave is around the corner and you have a little ocean view from the rooftop where you will find an ocean view and seating area and plunge pool. Pool is shared with the other condos in the building. Open concept and open air architecture provides a tropical breeze throughout the entire house. 24 hour security is just across the street and it is a gated community, so it is in an ultra safe area.  If you would like to bring a pet, just please note that it is an extra fee. It is a 33% refundable charge, $30 per pet per night ($10 refundable deposit and $20 fee). This is a separate charge from the reservation that you will need to ask for after you reserve. Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to order groceries from Chedraui's website before you arrive so that you will have everything you need when you check in. Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to travel for groceries to Chedraui after your arrival. It is a 2 minute cab ride and they are waiting outside for your return. We do provide hand soap and dish soap with sponges and towels, also shampoo in the showers with a beach towel and bath towel for each guest! Los Castillos villas offer a unique and comfortable vacation experience in a prime location in Playa del Carmen. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, they may not have the latest modern amenities, but they can accommodate large groups of up to 50 guests. Despite being an older property, our team works hard to keep the villas clean and well-maintained. However, due to the humidity, sun, and salty air in Playa del Carmen, older homes like these may require ongoing maintenance. If any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to address them promptly. If you are looking for a newer property, we have other listings available. However, if you appreciate the charm and character of an older home, the Los Castillos villas may be the perfect choice for your vacation. We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home. This requires a security deposit of $500usd fully refundable OR a $29 fee that is not refundable, outside of the Airbnb platform. You will see this noted at your Airbnb check out just below your total.
