Property Access: This is a penthouse unit located up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator. Supplies Provided: We provide kitchen basics like oil, salt, and pepper, as well as hand soap, dish soap, and shampoo. Each guest receives one bath towel and one beach towel for their stay. Entrance:Access to the Penthouse units requires walking through a narrow passageway between the pool and the Castillo to reach the back glass entrance. The walkway is tight and could become slippery when wet. Please use caution when navigating this area. Groceries & Water: We do not provide groceries or drinking water. You can easily take a taxi to Chedrauii or Walmart. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required. This is processed securely outside of the booking platform. You will have the option of either a fully refundable $500 USD deposit or a non-refundable $29 USD damage waiver. Rental Agreement: Singed after booking on Airbnb.
