Magestic home in exclusive Fase 1 Playacar. This is the first(ground) and second floor of "Castillo 1" on the property. Reserve both for larger parties up to 50. Prime location situated at the entrance of Fase 1, you are walking distance to everything. The beach is just 150 meters away, 5th Ave is around the corner and you have a little ocean view from the rooftop where you will find also a plunge pool and seating area. Pool must be filled for each use. Walk out of your ground floor livingroom and step right into the front yard pool. This pool is shared with the other Castillo. Outdoor shower to clean the beach sand from your feet and body. The house is 3 levels(you are renting the first two only). Each level consists of 1 kitchen and living area and 3 bedrooms. Open concept and open air architecture provides a tropical breeze throughout the entire house. 24 hour security is just across the street and it is a gated community, so it is in an ultra safe area. And don't forget to enjoy your access to the rooftop for the ocean view! Book early as we also rent the house out to smaller parties. So one small reservation can block out your chance at reserving the entire villa.  If you would like to bring a pet, just please note that it is an extra fee. It is a 33% refundable charge, $30 per pet per night ($10 refundable deposit and $20 fee). This is a separate charge from the reservation that you will need to ask for after you reserve. Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to order groceries/water from Chedraui's website before you arrive so that you will have everything you need when you check in. We do provide hand soap and dish soap with sponges and towels, also shampoo in the showers with a beach towel and bath towel for each guest! There is a non refundable $59usd liability waiver fee that will be charged post booking or a fully refundable1500usd security deposit. We will send you a link in a separate email. You have the choice of a refundable deposit of $1500 or the insurance of $59usd that covers up to $1500usd in damages. This is required for hosts that use API connected software. No glass is permitted at the pool Playacar has a Noise Ordinace of nothing more than 60 decibles after 9pm. If this is violated, the guests will be responsible for a $500usd fine and if noise continues will be asked to leave the property. Must sign rental agreement with Smiles Properties.

Los Castillos villas offer a unique and comfortable vacation experience in a prime location in Playa del Carmen. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, they may not have the latest modern amenities, but they can accommodate large groups of up to 50 guests. Despite being an older property, our team works hard to keep the villas clean and well-maintained. However, due to the humidity, sun, and salty air in Playa del Carmen, older homes like these may require ongoing maintenance. If any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to address them promptly. If you are looking for a newer property, we have other listings available.
