There is a non refundable $59usd liability waiver fee that will be charged post booking or a fully refundable1500usd security deposit. We will send you a link in a separate email. You have the choice of a refundable deposit of $1500 or the insurance of $59usd that covers up to $1500usd in damages. This is required for hosts that use API connected software. No glass is permitted at the pool Playacar has a Noise Ordinace of nothing more than 60 decibles after 9pm. While our team works hard to keep it clean and well-maintained, older homes in a tropical climate may occasionally require attention. Our local team is always ready to assist. Booking Recommendation: This villa is very popular for large groups. We also rent the floors separately, meaning a single smaller reservation can block availability for the entire space. We highly recommend booking early to secure your dates. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of hand soap, dish soap, sponges, shampoo, and one bath and beach towel per guest. Essentials like oil, salt, and pepper are also in the kitchen. We recommend arranging for groceries, drinking water, and other beverages to be delivered for your convenience. There is a narrow walkway between the pool and the Castillo that leads to the back glass door. Please note that if the area is wet, the walkway can be slippery. If anyone in your group prefers a wider or more stable entry point, we recommend using the main front entrance on the first floor. Security Deposit: As our home is professionally managed, we require guests to choose between a fully refundable security deposit of $1500 USD or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver for $59. This will be handled during your reservation process. A private rental agreement is signed after the airbnb booking process is complete.
