The house is divided into three levels, each with a kitchen and living area, as well as three bedrooms. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, they may not have the latest modern amenities, but they can accommodate large groups of up to 50 guests. Despite being an older property, our team works hard to keep the villas clean and well-maintained. However, due to the humidity, sun, and salty air in Playa del Carmen, older homes like these may require ongoing maintenance. If any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to address them promptly. If you are looking for a newer property, we have other listings available. However, if you appreciate the charm and character of an older home, the Los Castillos villas may be the perfect choice for your vacation.
