Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Step directly from the ground-floor living room out to the shared pool area. Private Balconies: Every bedroom has its own private balcony or terrace. Wraparound Terraces: The second and third floors boast expansive wraparound balconies off the main living areas. Rooftop Terrace: Head to the rooftop to enjoy a comfortable seating area with a small, charming ocean view.

Let's keep our pool safe and enjoyable for all! 2. **Considerate Music Listening**: We all have different music tastes, so please use headphones when enjoying your tunes at the pool. This way, everyone can relax in their own way! 3. **Playacar Quiet Hours**: Respect the tranquility of Playacar! A noise limit of 60 decibels is in place after 9 PM. Exceeding this limit could result in a $500 USD fine from Fase 1 and an additional $200 USD from the property owner. Keep in mind, these fines aren't covered by liability insurance. 4. **Security Deposit Options**: - **Insurance Fee**: A $59 USD non-refundable insurance fee, charged post-booking, covers you for up to $1500 USD in liabilities. This mandatory fee ensures your peace of mind without the need for a deposit. A payment link will be sent via email. - **Refundable Deposit**: Prefer a traditional deposit? Opt for a fully refundable $1500 deposit instead. This amount will be returned to you at check-out, provided there are no damages.

Property Character: Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, Los Castillos has a distinct charm and character. Please note that it is an older property, and while our team works diligently to maintain it, the tropical climate can sometimes necessitate prompt maintenance. Our local team is always ready to address any issues. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials including oil, salt, pepper, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, shampoo, and one bath towel and one beach towel per guest. Guest Provisions: Guests are responsible for purchasing their own groceries, drinking water, and other beverages for the duration of their stay. Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home to keep you connected. Larger Groups: This home is one of two 'Castillos' on the property. For groups of up to 50, both villas can be booked together, subject to availability. Please inquire for more details. Walkway:There is a narrow walkway between the pool and the Castillo that leads to the back glass door. Please note that if the area is wet, the walkway can be slippery. If anyone in your group prefers a wider or more stable entry point, we recommend using the main front entrance on the first floor. We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home. This requires a security deposit of $1750usd fully refundable OR a $69 fee that is not refundable, outside of the Airbnb platform.
