Kitchen & Dining Your fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy them together in the adjacent dining area. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Two serene bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide comfort and privacy for your group, ensuring a restful stay. Outdoor Living Sip your morning coffee on the string-lit back patio, enjoy an evening meal from the BBQ grill, or simply relax under the trees. The lantern-lit front yard offers a charming welcome as you come and go.

1. Parties and events are absolutely prohibited without prior approval from the host. A $500 nuisance fee will be assessed immediately for any such activity. Our neighbors have been kind enough to actively watch our home and will report any disturbance. 2.There is a $59usd fee that will be charged post booking as a liability waiver. We will send you a link in a separate email. Alternatively you have the choice of a refundable deposit of $1500. 3. Guests are only allowed to bring the number of guests designated on thier reservation. Towels and toiletries will be left according to the number of these guests. We have a Ring floodlight for outdoor security and monitoring. If guests would like to invite additional friends or family over, they will need to receive host approval prior to doing so. 4. Smoking of any kind is strictly NOT allowed in our home and a $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for any evidence of smoking. There are smoke monitors in the house to detect any cigarette or marijuana smoke. Smoking is also cause for immediate eviction with no refund. 5a. MAX 3 cars permitted in the driveway. 5b. Please refrain from using Glitter! :) If there is glitter we will charge an extra $50 for clean up. Outside is fine. 4. Please remove shoes before coming into the house. 5.Quiet hours 9pm to 9am 6. PETS*** With an additional fee of $60 per dog per night ($20/p/nt will be refunded if no fur or stains in the house), we do allow well behaved furry friends. However, hosts must be notified and it must be paid prior to check in. Again, our neighbors are aware of this policy. If pets are not announced, the reservation will be canceled without refund. 7.Must sign rental agreement with Smiles Properties.

Security Deposit: For the protection of our home, we require a security deposit. After booking, you will have the option to pay either a $1,500 fully refundable deposit OR a $59 non-refundable damage waiver that covers up to $1,500 in accidental damages. This is collected immediately after your reservation is made. Pet Allergies: We love welcoming furry friends to our pet-friendly home. Please note that while the house is professionally cleaned after each stay, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs have been hosted in the past. Luggage Storage: Need to store your luggage after check-out? You are welcome to leave packed bags by the front door until 3:00 PM on your departure day. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to use this service. We run on API software and therefore are responsible for our own liability on our home. We require a 1500 dollar deposit fully refundable or a 59 dollar non refundable payment for insurance that will cover the home up to 1500. This is collected immediately after making your reservation. A private rental agreement is also signed after booking.
