It is not a modern, new property, and its charm lies in its character. Due to the local humidity and salty air, older homes require ongoing maintenance. Should any issues arise, our team is ready to address them promptly. Guest Support: Our property manager, Danny, is your point of contact and is available via What's App to assist with any needs during your stay. Security Deposit: We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home. This requires a security deposit of $1500usd fully refundable OR a $59 fee that is not refundable, outside of the Airbnb platform. You will see this noted at your Airbnb check out just below your total. Services & Supplies: The pool is cleaned each morning, except for Sundays. Please be aware that we do not provide groceries, drinking water, or other beverages. We recommend ordering supplies for delivery before your arrival. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, security cameras are located on the exterior of the villa.
